Scalable Capital is revolutionising how private investors access financial knowledge with the launch of "Insights". This innovative feature integrates specially adapted artificial intelligence directly into the platform's user interface, making Scalable Capital the first European broker to embed generative AI for real-time responses to financial and investment queries.

The new “Insights” feature is powered by OpenAI’s models and was developed specifically for private investing. It offers immediate answers to critical financial questions that investors face daily, such as: How will the ECB's interest rate hikes or rising inflation affect my portfolio? Which technological trends could impact demand for cobalt? How do geopolitical events, such as international trade agreements, correlate with short-term fluctuations in global stock markets?

Investors using the Scalable Broker can enter questions about markets, news, strategies, and how to use the broker directly in the search bar under "Ask Insights”. Answers appear in real time and can refer to further information and securities. To do this, “Insights” draws on numerous sources including the database of justETF, a leading knowledge portal for ETFs, current financial news from dpa-AFX, as well as Scalable Capital’s own FAQs.
