How do I receive support in the quickest way?
As a Scalable client, log in via app or web and navigate to the chat via support (App: Profile > Support).
When is client service available?
We support you from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
What do I do in the case of special events?
In case you cannot access your account to chat with us and you cannot find your answers in the FAQs, reach out to us via service@scalable.capital.
